weighting my truck?

There is a truck stop by my house with scales.Would that work or should i use the one at the track.If the one at the truck stop will work.Should i park it at a certain place.

the ones @ a truck stop will be fine.sum have a stop & go light so they will let you know where to stop.

you want to get a total weight and a front or rear weight so you will know what your front to rear ratios are.

Motor only:
6.44 1/8 @ 104.13
10.39 1/4 @ 125.83

Nitrous Times:
5.785 1/8 @ 118.65 with a 1.336 60ft
9.168 1/4 @ 142.58 with a 250 shot dead out of the hole!

The truck scales are in sections (to measure the weight on the different axles). Just be sure to put your trucks front end on one section and the rear on arother. That way, you'll have the the weight #s to work with!

The scales where I work are checked every three months and are good to 20 pounds +/- and they are just like the scales at a truck stop. I think you should be fine with the #'s you get there.
