76 C10 2wd suspension question
Just picked up the truck tonight and it's had a rear flip kit done but I believe a leaf or two was removed.. Can anyone tell me how many it should have stock, counting all leaves including overload? I am not sure if it's 3, 4 or 5 all total. thanks for any help!

Re: 76 C10 2wd suspension question
I think the smallest leaf spring pack was 4 or 5 leaves, depending on suspension option. Someone else may know for sure.

Re: 76 C10 2wd suspension question
Thank you, according to the options sticker it only mentions a 3.40 gear ratio.. nothing about heavy duty suspension or towing equipment.
It currently has only 2 long leaves plus the load leaf, totalling 3. I need to find a pair of rear leaves somewhere, may try junk yards locally unless anyone knows a better sourcing alternative. |

Re: 76 C10 2wd suspension question
Stock is 5 springs. Are you trying to put it back stock or keeping it lowered?
