since my truck has rust issues I thought about a truck cover and are there any good kinds???

The best truck cover is a garage.You don`t need a cover.The truck doesn`t sit that much anyway,right?A cover won`t keep you dry and if it did it would hold moisture in.The last thing you want with rust inside the top is condensation (sweat) and that`s what a cover will give you.
just get the outside sealed up in your top and you`ll be fine.It took years and years for that rust to happen.

Summit Racing has a Wolf Automotive cover, no.173-13240, that someone else recommended on the site. It may be what you want, if you (like me) don't have a garage at the moment to store/hide your truck.

But, a garage would be best. Neighbors I have would really like that. It's a good thing that they like me.

If it already has rust issues, what are you preventing by using the cover? I would save my money if I were you.

That's what I was going to say. If it's rusted already a cover won't help anything. It'll be more of an inconvenience to put on and take off every day and the rust will still be there. IMHO, I wouldn't buy one.

what are those metal wanna be garage things that cost 700 and some dollars on up and you can park under em. I want a decent fuel efficient vehicle like a Honda cause if gets dented or paint falls off I want worry about the ragg at least sink 700 to 1,000 in.

Those throw-up carports are the best bang for buck.If you gotta move you can dismantle it or sell,too.

I was gonna recommend a metal car port but wasn't sure if you'd be able to afford one. I know I can't.

Here in Missouri you can get one for 700 installed.

Check your local building codes. I have a friend that was fined and had to take down a large metal carport. He bought the house with it already set up.
Seems some local neighbor was told to tear down his, so this jerk decided that everyone that had one up, should do the same. Just check before you spend the money.
