I'm getting ready to install my new trim around the headliner and is there any tips to installing the trim? Thank you.

I haven't put my new trim in yet, but this is what I was going to do. Wipe a little Vasoline on the tabs and slowly work each tab in, in order as you go around.

I just bought one and the vendor told me to wear cotton gloves when I put it in or over time it would turn black where I touched it with my fingers... he said the same thing about the new dash bezel I bought.. I am going to put a coat of wax on the stuff before I install it.

He also said to make sure it was nice and warm where you were working to make the tabs more pliable (it keeps them from breaking off).
