vacuum ports on a/c-heat controls

wanting to know what the one on the drivers side goes to cant seem to find in my asm.manual there are 3 ,1 goes to vacuum can,2 goes to kickpanel,fresh air valve,heater valve, and the 3rd i dont know any help please?

Plug it with a short piece of hose and a sheet metal screw. Some of the factory assembly manuals show them to do just that.
