Need a picture of a stock throttle linkage

I'm restoring my '72 C20 back to a basically stock setup. Anyone have a good picture of a bone stock Q-jet throttle linkage? Needing one of a 350/Turbo350/Quadrajet setup.

The truck has power brakes, so I already hunted up the right TV cable bracket with the booster tube going through it. Neither the throttle cable or the TV cable seem aligned with the lever quite right.

Next question is:
I may have to switch to a different throttle lever and they're swagged onto the shaft. Anyone know of a straightforward way of change throttle levers without resorting to digging the whole shaft out of the base plate?
