Rear Shock Relocation ???

Hi, Im just about to fitt 5" lowering coils to the rear of my 63 longbed fleetside, i want to use air adjustable shocks as i tow a caravan from time to time, I have an idea but i want to run it past you guys first, im thinking of reolcating the lower bracket so the shock will go up at the rear of the axle, not vertical but leaning inwards towerds the centre line of the truck,

You may be asking why am i doing this, i can not find air adjustable shocks for my truck with the lowering coils fitted, (14" from eyelet to eyelet)

(With the 5" coils fitted i have 2" of suspension travel left)

Help ??

Re: Rear Shock Relocation ???

Relocating a shock is fine. You shouldn't have issues.
