Chevy hubcabs for sale
Off my '68 1/2 ton with 15" stock steel wheels. I have no idea if they are original '68 or not. Only 3 of them. Good condition, few dings & scratches. Hard to tell in the pics, but the Chevy logo and dashed ring are painted black inside.
Hand washed by me in our kitchen sink, inside & out. My wife was thrilled! $15 + shipping?

HOLY CRAP!
OK, does this make me look stupid or what! I might not sell these after all, at least not at this price. I apologize for being an idiot, an apologize to those interested. Thanks to those who appeared to hint to me saving myself from...myself.

Re: Chevy hubcabs for sale
Looks like a wiw thread. Help this guy out & let him know what their worth. We all would want the same treatment. Plus He needs to take his wife out to dinner after using the kitchen sink. LOL.

Re: Chevy hubcabs for sale
You offered them up for sale and Brad took you up on it...You even told him how much shipping was.....It wasn't a WIW thread....So what is fair?

Re: Chevy hubcabs for sale
For the record, I don't know what these are worth. I didn't chime in to warn you, just to let you know the application. I didn't know until I did some google picture searches. I figured Camaro, Nova, etc. I figure any decent cap from the "era" is worth at least $10. Most were tossed over time in favor of custom wheels. PM Brad and work something out. He's a long standing member here with a great rep. He took you up on the offer because it was what it was, not to snooker you IMO. My advise take it off line with him and work it out to both party's satisfaction.

Re: Chevy hubcabs for sale
I am sure you have never made a mistake before.
This was NOT a WIW thread. If you made an honest mistake, wouldn't you like someone to point it out?

Re: Chevy hubcabs for sale
This is why we have a WIW option. If we are not sure what to price something out...then post a WIW. We all make mistakes but it's how we resolve the mistakes is what matters. Good luck to both parties. JMHO

Re: Chevy hubcabs for sale
I just saw this thread and PM'd you SCIV. Don't worry, these aren't worth any more than $10 at the most. I've picked them up at swap meets for $5 and just want some spares for my stock Camaro. Oh, and just so you know, these came on thousands of base model, 250 stuffed Camaros, Novas, etc and not just on Yenko Camaros. So don't think you're giving away a gold mine. You're just offering them at a good deal which is what this board is all about.

To keep this from going completely downhill, I will close this thread. Too many people are willing to kick a guy while he's down.
