I am looking for a nice to perfect front air dam/chin spoiler that bolts under the front of the bumper area for my 78 . Anyone have one ? If so let me see pics and a shipped price to a business address in Bryan, Tx 77808 .

GOT mine from local chevy dealership for under 40.00 if I REMEMBER CORRECTLY. MINE is a 84 > don't know if any difference or not

dieselwrencher had one a while back off of a 76. I know he still has it. PM him about it. I'm sure he will still sell it.

Thaks for the tip. I will check with the dealer tomorrow . I think I remember Dwrenchers and it was an aftermarket spoiler . If so its not what I want . If it was factory black plastic/rubber then it is what I am after . I will PM him just in case .

Shipping to TX might kill the deal though.

Here's you an old part number. (14014391) Maybe your local dealer can cross reference it to a current part number.
I've had this since at least 1996.

LMC has them for $39.95. They have both 4" and 5.5". I have been waiting for my chance to grab one too.

I am pretty sure the 73-80 units are different than the 81-87. The bumpers are different shapes, and the bottom of the bumpers are different as well.

FedEx is cheap, I shipped one across the country for under $25. I made my own box to keep it as small/light as possible.

Thanks Lolife. I would like to know what shipping is but I am in at the price . As long as shipping isnt weird with some sort of oversize rating . Let me know . 73-80. I ordered it years ago for a '79 2wd blazer I had and never used it. I'll try to find a box and check shipping for you. They might still be available from GM. I don't know.

Frank I checked with my Chevrolet dealer and the part number I listed doesn't cross to any current number. My parts guys are really good at finding stuff for me. So I would say these are discontinued.

Spoiler arrived just when Keith said it would and was packaged very well with extra care taken so that it wouldnt get damaged . A+ transaction here . Thanks Keith for the part and the extra effort . I hope I can be of some help to you one day .
