Here is an NOS 67, maybe even 68 Lighter. I got this on ebay, where the seller had a 69-72 lighter pictured, but sent this instead.

This lighter has the little ridges around the black plastic. I need the one WITHOUT the little ridges. I will be glad to trade for an NOS one without the ridges. I need the deluxe lighter with the stainless insert in the center.

I paid $43 plus got ripped with $10 shipping...$53 total. I will sell outright for $43 shipped, but would prefere to trade.

I bought one that had a 67 pictured and he sent a 68-72 instead. I'm almost positive it was the same seller. When I asked him why he sent a 68-72 he said he only had the 68-72 for sale and changed the pictures on the 2 other 67 lighters he had listed to pictures of the 68-72 style half way through the auction. I was going to just give this one to my dad for his 68, but I would consider trading for yours. It is NOS, but he did not include the box. I'll get some pictures if you want.

I tried that. He swore up and down to his grandma that he never, and does not have any with the ridges.

It should have "Casco" stamped on the metal part. I would trade you. Post a pic.

As far as I know only 67's had the ripples. E-bay has gone downhill lately. I bought a set of t-3 restore headlamps parts with 68 p.Lights and they were swapped out for reg. new headlamps and the p. lights were for a van Not pick-up as he claimed. He had 100 % feedback. I asked for a refund and he about told me to %%%% myself as GM made mistakes on 67-68 P. lights! Also called me a con artist for complaining. Take your chances I guess.

Yeah on the ad I bid on he listed "this is the small lighter that has ridges around it like a quarter". Then when I asked about it he said he never had or sold any with ridges???? He is from San Bernardino, CA right?
