Re: poll: crewcab fleet, or step?
I normally like fleetside boxes but in this case I'd go step. It looks too long(abnormal) with the fleet.

Re: poll: crewcab fleet, or step?
I've always been a fleet man and always be, however that stepper looks killer in that photo.
I'd go stepper this one time. |

Re: poll: crewcab fleet, or step?
Tough call I have always thought an 8' bed preferably a dually would give the best overall proportions. I personally thought the super short beds threw the balance off no matter what the bodystyle.
Any voters for slapping the stepper fenders on a fleet bed and throwing some duals on? Bob Grant did one in the 67-72 bodystyle that I would probably kill to have. BE neat to see something in 60-66. I guess given that's not one of the choices here I'd have to go with the step side to fool the eye away from the super short bed but either one is cooler than anything you could buy today. Josh

Hate to admit it, but the step shown here is off the scale.

Re: poll: crewcab fleet, or step?
I hate these trucks in stepside form. After 59 all trucks should never have been step sides. and I think that 55-59's look better in fleet form as well but I except them as step sides. My worthless opinion.

Re: poll: crewcab fleet, or step?
FLEET! After seeing Dinos truck. I dont like step trucks. Some look good but most dont, and I think this is one of them. If it's going to be a long bed then two tone for sure, or accents down the side!

Re: poll: crewcab fleet, or step?
I have to say step. That fleet is just goofy looking, you have to break up that long body line.

Those steps dont really work on these trucks. Fleets are better, end of story.

Re: poll: crewcab fleet, or step?
Since we are talking Crew Cabs here. I thought I would throw these into the mix. Personally I like fleetsides! After seeing the black stepper you can not help but like it also. For those of you that have not seen them yet, these are the work of 19GMC63. Enjoy!
