Are my BBC mounts possibly on backwards??
here is a photo I borrowed from the forum, they are the same style I am using, the pre '71 mounts with pads. anyway, I have them installed with the curved pointed part facing back towards the firewall.. is that right?
they look gay and even extend past the cross member and my block hugger headers don't fit good. but I couldn't see any other way they could be installed unless I drilled holes.. this is in a '67 truck. if this is right i may have to cut them some for header fitment... thanks! or if anyone has a photo of these mounts installed properly that would help a lot, I haven't been able to find one.
