Rust issues
Ok, I am slowly trying to figure out all my rust issues on my truck. This is the latest one I found under the rear of the bed. Is this important and do they make a replacement panel for it? if not, can I make one out of sheet metal? Thanks

Re: Rust issues
That one is not being produced at this time. However you should be able to make one yourself fairly easy. You could even rob one from a donor, the truck ones are the same also. WES

Re: Rust issues
Do you have a pic of it from farther away - not sure if I know where that is...

Re: Rust issues
The rest of the floor is pretty solid. Most of the other rotted parts have been replaced by the PO. I am just trying to get the little things since he was not good at the smaller parts.
And this is right below the tail gate looking up, closer to the driver's side. The wiring connector is for the rear tail light harness. Just out of view at the bottom would be the end of the bed maybe 1/2" or so. Driver's side is to the right in the image, pass side is to the left.
