If you have a deal going with me right now, please read

I have some deals going with some members right now. I need you to give me a few days leeway on coating and shipping. My house got hit by a little tornado last night and got tore the hell up. I got big issues to deal with. No worries though, everyone's parts and stuff are in my shop at another place, safe and sound. This shouldn't affect anything other than taking me a few days longer than usual to get stuff sent out.

I sure appreciate any patience you could give me on this.

Kevin

Re: If you have a deal going with me right now, please read

The house is going to be a total loss. The whole roof is sitting crooked on the house now. A bunch of the windows are broken. The water that came inside ruined the hardwood floors. The well house and all of the well stuff is gone. I can't even find the remnants.

It's a real shame too, because it is one of the oldest houses in the county. A real neat place.

So you basically, have no place to live, all of your personal stuff is in shambles(including clothes),your home is a total loss, there's not even a well so you can get a travel trailer to live in temporarily and you have taken the time and effort to let the people here know that you're gonna be a few days late with parts.I just gotta say,"That's a damn fine stand up kinda thing to do!"

I'm good man. I can live in my shop as long as I need to. I have a fridge and a couch in here anyway. I get wi-fi off of the nearby house.

The only thing I cared about in the house was a folder full of pictures that my girls have given me. Since they first picked up crayon as kids, I have saved every single one of their pictures. The folder was just fine inside of a cabinet.

My tools, my motorcycle, and my mountain bike are all in the shop safe and sound.

My money is in the bank safe and sound. I have a good job. My laptop is right here in the shop.

What else is there to worry about ?

Mainly, it's just a pain in the tail. I didn't have insurance on the house since it was mid remodel. Now, I have this junky shell of a house I need to bulldoze or something.

Houses can come and go. Things in life go up and down. But, it takes a long time to build a reputation as a reliable, straight shooting guy, and only a little while to lose that reputation. I try to keep my name held in good regard (by most).
