wheel back spacing

Anyone have back spacing #s for 20x8.5 and 22x10 on a 71 fleetside. I've got different #s from everyone that sells wheels. Truck will be bagged on stock a-arms and rear just c-notched on bags. Thanks, Bruce.

Re: wheel back spacing

That thread is helpful for bagged trucks, what about coiled rides?

(Forgive my ignorance, but do the same rules of thumb apply?)

the absolute best thing to do is actually put a tape measure on YOUR truck. Put it on jackstands with the weight on the suspension and measure all the clearances.

Re: wheel back spacing

I converted a $30K + 4wd Show Blazer into a 2wd so I live off of expensive mistakes

I have some 17" Eagle 212's I'm using as rollers until then anyways. (Craigslist Score)

yeah but $5k plus for a set of wheels and tires that end up not fitting would be nothing to laugh about.
