what do I need to do in order to sell stuff on this forum. I know I have to pay money or something, please help

Right above the threads you are posting is is a another block of stickied threads that have a buying and selling code of conduct. I'd start there. I think in the main forum there is also some more information as well as a F.A.Q.

remember to list correctly and honestly, post your asking price, and mention what zip code the pieces/parts will be coming from.
