I thought the same thing when I first looked at it, but he means 1968 half ton, not 1968 and a half.

Hmmmmm,
Someone needs a lesson in 68 options. Nice truck though. "Loaded with rare factory options like: “cold” air conditioning, tilt steering wheel, full gauge package with tach, bucket seats, AM/FM radio, power steering, power disc brakes"

Correct but, in actuality...there was a 1968 mid-year (production year) introduction (spring of 1968) to the truck line...the Longhorn!!!!
