need a pic of a full trim cst tailgate

I started sanding down my replacemnt gate and had abit of suprise..in a good way,When i bought my gate locally it was on a cst longbed but you could tell it had been repainted orange at some point and it had no trim(looked like a normal fleet gate) started sanding it down and found hole all over it..does someone have a pic of a bare cst gate that had the tailgate band and full trim?I believe thats what mine was originally and I also need a pic of one fully assembled to decide on if I want to run the trim..thanks

Actually no..... here's the scoup:

The plate posted above is what the historic plates looked like a few years ago. When MO change to the previously used plate (before the blue bird), they were printed on the blue-green to white plates. Now, they are printed on the new blue bird plate. IMO, I really like the black and white historic plates, but since they weren't year specific the MO-DMV can't "re-issue" the plate on a vehicle.

I do, however, have something to resolve this.... but you'll have to stay posted.

Sorry to take away from your thread, back to the CST tailgates.

Same here, I just do not like the new style plates and would love to be able to use these "old style" ones as they look very classy.

Here is a picture of my 68 that I upgraded to a 69-70 CST trim. In Texas you can run old original plates and register the vehicle as a "Classic".
