"Made Bail"
I had started a thread on my build previous but removed it for some reason. Cant remember. So, again, my truck. It ended up in this state after a long chase with the fuzz! Blew the motor (but got away) and tore it apart for a rebuild. Long story short it was parked in '95 in a field to wait after the first attempt at a ground up. I returned Oct. 10, 2008 to retrieve it for it's much overdue 2nd chance at life. Since October "Made Bail" has recieved a 2x4/2x6 full frame with a Fatman Fab Mustang II front clip (reworked) and a Suicidedoors heavy duty four link. Slams front and rear. B.A.D's newest in 22x8.5 and 22x10. 10 bolt S-10 rearend. Fronts are 265/30 and rears are 295/25. Front pan is from Grant Kustoms along with his new hood hinges for 67-72 trucks. Cool hinges if your trying to tuck big wheels. A 66 C10 smoothed dash was welded in, shaved the drip rail and unshaved the doors. I like the door handles much better. Molded in a bottle top popper where the org fuel neck was for convenience! In the near future Im hoping to throw in a 327/700r combo and drive....for now this is my truck. Might not ever paint, then again?

Pic below is "ride height". The fronts turn lock to lock! Last pic is how it sits at the present time.

Re: "Made Bail"
Here's the only pics I have of the hinges for those who have I.M. me. I'll see if I can find a pic before they were welded on. These hinges are two piece. One plate welded to the inside (under) the cowl and the other to the hood. A bolt at the center pivots the two. Nice, clean and sturdy. $60 through Grant Kustoms.

Re: "Made Bail"
What made you decide against the pro-street style tires? Did they not fit under the stepside fenders?

Re: "Made Bail"
They did fit and looked nice. I would've needed a 20 x 12 or wider wheel. Really needed a x 14 or x 15. Then B.A.D. showed me a wheel design noone had and I liked the wheel so much I had to roll that direction. I have the tires still. Brand new.

Re: "Made Bail"
Look good! I've seen your truck at the Somerville show and I beleive others around Houston. How much you pay for the wheels? Does BAD make 24 x 14 wide wheels?
Keep it up!
