Re: Eye Candy

Looks like something`s missing on the back...lol
Seriously,i`m surprised the rear is 1000% smoothed and still has a chrome front bumper. That truck is a candidate for a trimless nose to go with the rest of the truck. But,it`s cool anyway.

Re: Eye Candy

Yeah, there were some things that were done very nicely and some things that were half@$$. I'm guessing it just wasn't done yet. Hoping that anyway. Cool truck nonetheless.

It's not exactly my style, but I appreciate the effort in a truck like this. It's all hot rodding!

That's where I'm at, too.....

It shows a lot of effort and God only knows how much block sanding. I'm not a fan of welded-up tailgates, but it ain't my truck. Still, it's just another part of the hobby and if you're Car Crazy like I am, it's all good.

Re: Eye Candy

Beautiful truck. Looks like he's got a fifties chev dash in it. Also you want to say it's a 67 because it's got no side marker lights on it but I bet their filled in and it's a 68 because of the large rear window. The only thing I hate is the wheels Yuk.

Re: Eye Candy

All that money spent on the truck, they couldn't afford real trailer lights. Redneck ingenuity at it's finest right there.

Sorry I just couldn't help myself.

He probably pulls them off and sticks them to the truck!! Seriously I see NO tail lights on the truck at all... Good looking ride! Looking at the fuel tank and pump it must have a newer injected motor of some sort in it... Also I wonder how well the rear works with no panhard or track bar...

Looks like the upper bars are triangulated, but not very much...
I had mine like that for a while but it seemed to have a little movement so I cut it out and changed the angles.

Re: Eye Candy

That looks like a custom dash and instrument panel done up to resemble a tri 5 GM truck's dash.

Interesting truck but again not my style. It does have a lot of interesting ideas on it that one guy or another might use on his truck.
