automatic linkage bushing
My automatic linkage HAD a bushing that fits in the lower part where the rod goes from the column down to the rest of the linkage. Mine was so bad it crumbled and fell apart. It's plastic, and does anyone know where I can get one? I checked the LMC catalog and zippo. I could try a couple junk yards but a new one would be the ticket. Let me know if you know of a source for one. Thanks

Re: automatic linkage bushing
The bushings are usually metal and fit snugly intu a rubber grommet. I have used grommets from the small parts bins at Ace or Tru value hardware stores and then cut a sleeve from some small tubing slide the rod throgh and place a flat washer followed by a cotter pin.

Re: automatic linkage bushing
NAPA might carry it in the Dorman line of goodies.
