can anyone decode a big truck vin number?

i believe it is a 69. i do not know if it is a C50 or C60 also does anyone know about how much one of these things way? it has a sbc/4spd/2spd dual rear axle and a short dump bed? here is the vin number.

pretty sure it goes like this;
C 2 wheel drive
E v8 gas engine
5 C50
3 Cab & chassis
9 1969
p built in Pontiac michigan
8 built on the second assembly line
15598th built on that line at that plant for that model years.

havent bought it yet. it is a ways from my house and im trying to figure out a way to get it home. the truckhas no brakes right now. i have a 1ton ford powerstroke which im sure will pull it but the trailer is a 20' bumper pull rated at 12k lbs and im not sure if it will handle it. anyone know what one of these things weigh?
