Anyone use this company before? www.arsuperstore.com

i put in an order for a tank and some gauges a few weeks ago and havent heard anything from them. i emailed 3 times and get no response, and i called their number on the site and oddly it says the number is no longer in service. just wondering if anyone has ever ordered from them. thanks.

You should stop payment on the check (assuming it was cashed) or call your credit card company (assuming they charged your card) and tell them you want to contest the charge since you did not receive your order.

paid through paypal, on my emailed receipt it says I have to wait 45 days to dispute anything through paypal

Yeah, I'd start a conversation with PayPal right now. And then order from a board vendor or other reputable source.

thanks for the help guys. this is really getting ridonkulous...ive tried these numbers so far -
714-554-7183 (# on myspace) disconnected
1-866-517-7505 (# on their site) disconnected
951-738-9858 (# on the paypal receipt) random lady who says its their old number
951-279-5390 (# found in a google search) disconnected

the name thats getting the $$ transfer from paypal is davesanchez@wecairsystems.com.

i called minitruckin mag and they gave me the damn email for the magazine to contact, if i wanted to email i wouldnt have called. im tryin to play detective here and see if i can figure out wtf is going on lol. even if i do get my stuff in, im never ordering from this place again. oh, and also in a google search sporttruck magazine had an article that they bought a drop kit from this dude dave sanchez at wecairsystems...heres the article.

I remember reading that they are a distributor, so either Sinister is right, or this address is just an office. They probably use to drop ship everything from the various manufacturers.

That is an industrial area, there are a lot of car related businesses there. Barry White's is over there, Eibach Springs, etc.

If he just drop ships merchandise, then it may only be a small office/suite. If that is the case, he is probably out of business. Keep trying to get your money back, and I will drive by the place when I get a chance.

well they say u can't open a claim until 45 days after the transaction, so right now im goin through the resolution center. which basically lets me post a comment to the seller, and he can respond. so we communicate through paypal to figure out what's goin on. but im going to call them when I get off today and let them know, 45 days is just wasting time. I did it through their site last night. oh, what's drop ship merchandise?

got an email back from the magazine minitruckin..said the business isnt in his archive. how could that be possible? is the ad on arsuperstore.com fake? it says check out the latest ad in minitruckin mag, then you click on it and it shows you.

and the website is rather janky. the gallery link is inop and you would think they would give a lil more info in the contact area.
