I have one but it does have holes for the tonneau cover snaps and for a sign that was put on the back.

Yea I have a very nice one with chvrolet on it . Was going to put it on mine but changed my mind . 2 ( HARDLY NOTICEABLE) small scratches . I know I need to get you a pic. of it . very straight - no dents . Let me know ?
