71 c10 4x4 rear end

I ran a search but did not come up with anything. What years will interchange with a 71 c10 4x4 rearend 3.73 gears?

I`ve never been sure if the rears got wider in`70 like the 2wds did.The complete assembly will swap from earlier.The only difference after`72 is the mounting of shocks and springs,which cam be moved.It`s bolt-in from`72-back.

And talent and I aint got none.

I understand the shock mounts. I'm concerned about spring perch width & if the pinion is further forward from the center of the center of the axles.
