75 k10 4x4 newbie help???????

hi im goin to look at a 75 k10 4x4,sb,auto full time 4x4 dont really know that much about 4x4 trucks of this year anything i should look out for besides the usual stuff? thanks

uhm make sure it doesn't have a 6.2 diesel look for frame cracks near shock mounts... i heard they crack there or something. look at the power steering box for cracks welds bends and breaks.. i heard those are weak around that area especially with bigger tires. hidden cab rust if you can pull the carpet up to look do it. it will bring alot of surprises. oh and make sure its wired right!!! past experience of when i got my 1971 k20 had to re wire the whole thing. and stilll having problems
