I bought this awhile ago and i decided to go a different route. It is off of a 94 and newer S10. It comes with a big cutout of the bed side and both tubes, the filler and vent tube. It does not have a gas cap. I would like $35 plus shipping. Please see the pictures below.

Ok big orange, i will get you a quote tomorrow morning. And yes i believe this will work for a tank under the bed. Thats originally why i bought it.
