1/2 ton versus 3/4 ton booster
Guys I need some pictures.
I have a 1/2 ton master cylinder and booster as a core, but my 67 truck is 3/4 ton cab. Questions are: Is there a size difference between a 3/4 ton and 1/2 ton brake booster? Is there a difference in the master cylinder? Is there a difference in the linkage? I know the 3/4 ton booster brace is different, but not sure how it mounts. Does it mount the same? Some pics will probabley clear this up fpr me. Thanks, Mike

Re: 1/2 ton versus 3/4 ton booster
Yes, Yes, Don't know, Yes.
3/4 booster can go on a 1/2, but a 1/2 ton should not be put on a 3/4 ton. The 1/2 ton and 3/4 swap front bowl/ rear bowl. I doubt that the linkage is different, but I am not positive. The mounting bolts are the same on every 67-72 no matter the size. Any help?

Re: 1/2 ton versus 3/4 ton booster
Pedal to booster rods vary by boosters and should be properly matched.
