Spark plug gapping

Anyone know what the recommended gapping that is to be used on new spark plugs going into a 327?

The 1968 Chevy manual shows the plugs as AC-C43 (185HP) or AC-44 (220HP) and all plugs for all motors gapped at .035.

.045 if you have an HEI.
