New Project!
No, it is not a 67-72 pickup, but it is a 70 chevy...el camino ss396! Found the build sheet above the gas tank, currently has a 327 with original th400 and 12 bolt(3.31 open). Factory triple black car, a/c, functional cowl hood, etc. Pictures are where it was picked up at in Billings, MT.
Some may remember this truck. Timberliner packaged 71 Custom/10. We sold it to a really good family friend. I was sad to see it go. I also got fantastic news from my dad today, my frame is DONE! He went and picked it up from the sandblasters today. That means he can work on it while I study women...er, I mean study for school.

Re: New Project!
Nice project, I have a black 70' Chevelle SS 454 ls5 car. There was a correct 396 for a 70' on Des Moines, Iowa's craigslist a few weeks ago. Trevor

Re: New Project!
That's a beautiful chevelle! We missed out on a 70 ls5 that was forest green all original from the guy that my bro bought his 70 swb 4x4 and 71 chevelle from. He sold it to a guy that plans on restoring it, but I believe it is just sitting now. I might have to find him when I graduate and persuade him to sell it.
