drilled holes in 203 for more oil

put in shaft kit workes great only problem smells like gear oil was in it i top off with 10w40 only drove couple miles home should i drain and put all 10w40 or should i use synt 75w90 i drilled 2 quarter inch holes in lip in t/case to get more oil in tail any input would be great

it calls for 10w40 what about the holes should i open it up and plug them

Go to www.coloradok5.com and ask the 4x4 gurus over there. That's the best place I've found for 4x4 information.
