Hey all

Hey all Just picked up another truck its a 70 AC truck really clean truck.. The question I have is the truck is a 6 lug with drums on the front. He has a 5 lug set up that he is giving me with the truck. Can I use the spindes from the 5 lugs and just get the 6 lug rotors? or are they different?
Thanks jay

Re: Hey all

They make "aftermarket" 6-lug rotors that will work on the 5-lug spindles.
(I have them on my '69 with disc brakes)

What are your plans for the truck?
Are you planning on lowering it?

I would consider "year specific" 63-70 spindles that use the stock 1970 ball joints and tie rod ends.
Otherwise,... you will have to change them to work with your current '71-up 5-lug spindles.
I suggest ECE (Early Classic Enterprises) for your suspension needs.

Re: Hey all

Cool I think I might just change it all over to the 5lug. Go to put the truck together maybe do a 2.5 drop and than drive it as my every day truck. I want a old DD going to be white or like a cream color. the reg 350 motor 350 trans.
