I could use more help folks, can someone tell me what gauge of metal the tub floors are? also can you recommend a good source for the floor patch pieces at the tail gate and tub wheel wells.

Your floor looks familiar... Here' mine a few weeks ago.

And after some repairs.

I used a corrugated patch panel and laid it on top of my existing floor. This doesn't look as nice as fitting the patches in flush but it was a lot less expensive. It did take a bit of time to cut and bend the corrugated patches so that they sit flat at the rear of the bed. There are patches available now specifically for the rear of the bed but they more expensive. Here's some patch panels here. The generic patch panel is $30. The custom one for the rear is $130.

I'm in SLC and did this 2 weeks ago. Check out my build thread for some details and let me know if you want to chat about it or even take a look if you're near. I can give you some good feedback on how we did the back section and also on the best seam sealer. I also have a brand new generic patch panel left over if you're interested.

Matt, your tub repairs look great. I also have to patch some flat areas at the corners of both wheel wells so I was guessing the metal was 20ga. to 18ga.

Matt, I would be interested in the patch panel but not sure how to work the PM option.
