My Custom 10 belonged to my dad. The plates say "Dads 72".
Unfortunately, everyone who sees it thinks the plates refer to my age.

I don't have a truck right now but my air bagged GMC Sonoma X-Cab used to be called "You F$%^&% Piece of S&*^ Communist"

But then again I might have been the only one who cussed at my truck.

Unimaginative ones...

'68 gold (copper looking) is "Copper" or "The '68"

'69 blue is "Blue", "The '69" or "Ol Blue"

'72 blue rusted one is "The '72" or "The rustbucket"

'72 'burb is "The 'Burb"

I have a general term that I'm starting to use. I have several Navajo friends, and they all refer to their cars as "My Chitty" or "My Chitty-bomb", so I'm starting to say it too. I'm pretty sure that "Chitty" (spelling is wrong, I don't have the appropriate keys to spell in Navajo) is the Navajo word for "Vehicle".
