Re: stupid question...

I think the Blazer sun visors are the outer brackets then there is a small kinda L bracket on each side of the rear view mirror. If no one posts up a pic I'll try and get you one tomorrow.

Nope, J covered it.

Two inner brackets by themselves and the two bigger bolts go through the sun visor assembly.

Re: stupid question...

While I feel your pain to some extent, I will say that "bad-mouthing" the board will do nothing but get you in trouble with the moderators. Just letting you know.

Anyway, I found a few posts with pics that might be helpful to you.

Re: stupid question...

thanks for the pics...that's all i was looking for and i really appreciate it.

...and a noob would be a person that doesn't know their a## from a hole in the ground and their way around their vehicle....not based on post count.

I have built a pretty bad ass blazer all by my self. And in no way consider my self a noob just because i am not on this forum 24/7.

as far as gettin the mods mad? ...just tellin it how it is.

Once again i really appreciate the pics.

P.S. Wouldn't these forums be better if a quick "here ya go helpful hand" was given? Isn't that really what we're all here for? I have had NUMEROUS pm's and such on people asking about my console or the seats I put in or other mod's I've done to my truck and I believe I have always helped out to the best of my knowledge other that tell them to do the research or find out on their own. Maybe I just speak my mind and that might be wrong.

My .02 cents. *actual value may vary*

Three things will get you a newb rating, less than a year on site, low post count and still in PINK...you have all three.

Well maybe four things...having a crappy attitude could be thrown in.

A build thread in the blazer section would help us get to know you, welcome to the board, enjoy the ride.

Re: stupid question...

Try being nice! and maybe I'll walk downstairs and take a pic. Don't use the G_ _ word, you'll have to answer for that later

Shaky start, but welcome to the board. I'd subscribe just for the drama

Re: stupid question...

I understand the things that will take the "noob rating" off. If a big time hot rod builder came on here and had the stats that i had would he be a noob?

all im stating is that from the beguining a here ya go would of been great...

but a certing someone had to put his remarks in.

...and the funny thing is that i have recieved a few pm's saying thanks for sticking up to this certin someone, and that they were tired of his remarks.

i really apreciate the knowledge this site has to offer and will continue using it. but come on people we gotta stick together not be high and mighty.

praise moses!

"YES"

all im stating is that from the beguining a here ya go would of been great...

True but at the same time a simple 'yep, I have' on your part would have been a better respnse as well.

...and the funny thing is that i have recieved a few pm's saying thanks for sticking up to this certin someone, and that they were tired of his remarks.

that is funny, I've also received several pm's saying 'thanks' about this thread.

The really funny part is that I was only goofing around with ya in the beginning but hey, thanks for the drama.

Re: stupid question...

Hello i'm new to this forum. At first I thought this was a perty cool forum till I got to looking at the blazer section. From what I have seen on this thread and a few others there are some members with high post counts that need there balls choped off. Frostie_122 just asked a simple question and looked to me that he just wanted a simple answer but vtblazer had to open his big a$$ mouth and harass frostie, and for what becase he is new here and does not know every thing. I would bet there was a time when you did not know the diffarance between a 71 and 72 C/10 and K/10 or your a$$ from a hole in the ground. We all start somewere. And it is not just vtblazer, another one is special-k. From what I have seen the both of you need your balls cut off. If this is the way you treat your "newbs" then I see why there are so many names in pink in the members list that haven't been on the fourm in many years. From the number of posts you two have it looks to me like the both of you need to quit sponging off of MOM and DAD move out and get a life. After looking at this thread I don't know if I want to be a part of this forum any longer. It seims to me like you two don't like "newbs". Sorry I butted in on your little club.

JUST MY 2 CENTS WORTH. GLAD TO GET THAT OFF MY CHEST!!!!!!!!!

P.S. how's this for a F*#&ING ENTRANCE.
