Where can i purchase a front rollpan

ISO rollpan for the front of my truck, i read on 1 website for a rollpan you need to cut back your frame 2'' is this true? If so maybe i will stick with an original bumper......
I have only seen 2 web sites sell rollpans and 1 was fiberglass, i would like a steel weld in.
