How do I start a build thread for my 62?
I have a ton of pics of the rust repairs I have done to my 62 long bed custom cab, (in the same family since new) and wonder if I should start a build thread, I am stalled because of the weather so progress will be slow, but I have done alot already
a few questions do I host the pics onsite or off site? how do I link it from my profile ? Any info would be great !! Thanks, Brian Last edited by Bugeyev8; 12-16-2009 at 02:47 PM. |

I would upload all of your pics to our gallery or to photobucket.com (open an account)
then create a new post in the build section and start copying the [IMG] links into the text area. You can only do 10 pics per post though...

Re: How do I start a build thread for my 62?
only problem, we don't have a build section over here on the dark side
Just start a new thread and give it a name (maybe bugeye's 62 build thread?) and go for it. I have a request in to the owners of the forum to give us a project & builds sub-forum and Liz said she was going to ad it. But, right now everyone in her family is sick with swine flu, so as soon as they get better, I'll remind her again. Once you start one, reply to the thread above in the sticky section that's titled: "Anyone want a 60-66 Projects and Builds Sub-category here?" with a link to your build. When we do get our P&B sub-forum I'm going to move all those that requested into the new category.
