Whats it worth: 99 K1500 Classic moved from 88-98 Forum
A buddy of mine rolled his ECSB 99 k1500 classic pickup Monday night. 130k miles, 4x4, auto, power everything. Its not in too bad of shape, the doors still close fine and the only glass broken is the windshield, but the cab is "Sealed".
I would like to buy it from him, but I'm not sure what its worth. He has sold the transfer case, tranny, and wheels. I get the truck minus those parts. The engine runs great and the interior is super clean. Whats this truck worth? Thanks and merry Christmas!

Re: Whats it worth: 99 K1500 Classic moved from 88-98 Forum
Wait, I just moved this from the 88-98 forum because I read it as a '99 K1500. Didn't they change the body in '99 on all C/K1500's? If so, I moved it to the right page, but WIW questions (with the answer you seek) are limited to Site Supporters. You may want to check www.NADA.com, for example and go from there based on condition.

He said classic. Thats old body.
I'd say no more than $800 if he has a clean title...... I just bought a 99 silverado, ''new body'' ext. Cab 4x4 6.0 loaded light roll lot drives $1000

so you get a 130k mile engine, some interior bits, and some electrical odds and ends?
then that is about what it is worth... 600-800?
