Does anyone know what's involved in using this tailgate skin from chevyduty?

The only thing that concerns me about those would be moisture. I would think water would get in the louvers and settle at the bottom, and you know what what happens when water and metal get together.
As for product quality, I have no idea about Chevy Duty's metal stuff. I do have experience with the products from Mar-K. Mar-k is top shelf all the way!
