Inline 6 Carb Linkage

71 GMC, Inline Six
I'm trying to hook my carb and linkage back up, but I can't figure out how it's supposed to go.
Anyone got a picture of the linkage hooked up?
Thanks

Re: Inline 6 Carb Linkage

Gentlemen, look at his first picture. It shows a cable and inside the cab is a hanging pedal. A '67 has a rod with a floor mounted pedal.

I think they changed to the hanging pedal/cable in '71, but I can't recall at the moment.

Re: Inline 6 Carb Linkage

Here is my next challenge. This deal that connects the rod to the throttle arm only has a threaded connector on one end. What holds this guy in position?
