Show and tell

It's a nice day outside, I'm not working, and I had some free time, so I finally washed the truck and took it out for a little show/tell. First pics I've taken with the new wheels. Some people may not like them as much (neither did I at first) but they've grown on me already and they're 1000x easier to work with than the old slot mags.

These are the only pics that I could get without tiny-puppy licking me to death while I held the camera. For some reason the dog just HAS to be the center of attention...

Re: Show and tell

Not bad on the wheels. Would look even better if you would convert over to a pre 80 nose, the design seems to suggest an earlier truck. just my 2 cents. Jay

I love the wheels, same ones I have on my S-10. I call them a poor man's Halibrand. LOL.

Same old 305ci small block it came with.Just about to turn 89K. He isn't referring to the motor, but the stereo system. Check the link in my signature.

Thanks for the comments guys.

I thought about that after I posted. It was parked and but the stereo was sweet! I told my buddy while we were looking at your truck that it looked familiar. Had to show him your thread and impressed.

The guy I go to is in Woodland. He's decent and knows his stuff. My dad's known him forever. For something in the area, let me ask around. My buddy who works at Gearhead Garage might have a better idea.

edit: oh yeah, let me turn up my gains and we'll see who laughs last I'll PM you my schedule as soon as I get it and we'll get together.

Re: Show and tell

for the exhaust shop, Mark at Marco Muffler down the street from me does awesome work. he does mostly custom stuff and has done at least 10 different setups for different rides i've had. Quality work for sure, a great guy to deal with, and you'll get to see his '70 c10 that is SICK!!

Re: Show and tell

Autorama is first weekend in February I believe. I'm waiting to hear if I'm going to be showing with Arc Audio again this year. If I do I'll probably be parked outside, which is nice because I can give demos easier that way. Downside is the weather was crappy this last year...

The kick panels are custom made as are the lower door panels.
