Steering Column Wiring Harness ?'s
I am working on an issue with my hazard flashers on my 68. I have a column from an 86 in my truck and everything on the column seems to work, but I am having an issue with my hazard lights. Just so I can trace the wiring, what wire coming out of the column is the hazard lights? There is a flat cluster of wires running down the bottom of the column and they go into a flat harness that is marked with letters A through something (about 10 or 12 wires) Is one of those wires the wire for the hazards? And does that wire go straight to the fuse block to the hazard flasher? If I can get this question answered, I can start to trace down my issue. Thanks.

Re: Steering Column Wiring Harness ?'s
Here is a link to some diagrams. Looks like the Hazzard wires splice into the turn signal wires. There are diagrams towards the bottom and the pages with the hazzard circuit are interior page 2, goes to cab interior page 1, front light for the front lights and chassis rear lighting for the rear.

Re: Steering Column Wiring Harness ?'s
It's the brown wire and yes it goes to the cold side of the hazard flasher.
