A Behind the Barn Find...
I got a call from a friend who new of a 1964 truck without a bed for sale.
I got a hold of the farmer selling the truck. Here is what I found. He said his son bought it about 12 years ago and was going to replace the bed. In the pictures you can see an old front bed panel on the metal bed. I asked him where the old bed was and he said he only could find the 3 panels. I asked where the other 2 were, he showed me the side panels behind his shed. Then he said he couldn't figure out why his son took off the original bed. I asked if he still had it. And behind another shed was the stepside in what looked to be in good shape. except for the tree growing in it. I may have to get this. $400.00 is what he said he wanted for everything. And he said he had another hood in the pasture.

Re: A Behind the Barn Find...
Still haven't decided. I would hate to dip into our body and paint money, and I just need a couple of parts and would hate to use that truck as a parts truck. But you never know.
