Stepside bed - What years will fit?
There is a guy in a truck club im a member of that has a bed for sale. He says 58-87 stepside bed for sale with spare tire cutout.
I know they changed the fenders on the 73-87 but is that all? I'm assuming this bed is off an older vehicle (pre 67 model), is it the same thing as the 67-72? (other than marker lights) |

Possibly the tailgates fit from 54-87 or somthing like that. Someone here will know. ttt

second gen 55 t 87 had very similar beds. The fenders chainged on pretty much every generation, but on the short beds, the box its self should swap pretty easily.

im using the pre 67 step box with 67 step fenders....as far as i can see the box sides and front end of the box are identical. im using the tailgate and idont even see the diff with the letters in chevrolet....
