bought new fuel filter

gonna install it in bout an hour after engine cools down some. hopefully it will work in fixing my problem

I must be behind times again. What's your problem? I'm having some fuel related prob's too. Slight run-on (sometimes), started hic-cups when cold starting, and even stalling when cold. I used to start it right up, no gas pedal needed, first time every time. Any suggestions I should look at?)

just becareful of the pressure in the fuel lines because of the sending units, it was a ***** for me because i couldnt find the fuel pump fuse anywhere, its not the ecm or any of those. I ended up just unscrewing it slowly and catching the fuel as it came out.

ive always just caught it as it comes out.
navybear, sounds like maybe your choke is broke or needs adjustment.
