2 speed column, with 3 spd

Hey guys, im sure alot of you guys have had this problem. My 64 has a powerglide column, and i installed a th400. id like to keep it on the tree. is there a kit out there to remedy it or do I have to change the column OR should i just get a lokar floor mount. And! are those any good? any help would be app!!

There shouldn't be anymore lockout detents besides the P to R, so the column shifter travel for the 3rd gear should not be an issue.

I've done the same swap you did.....TH400 with a PG column. I didn't do any modifying to it at all and it works just fine. It just doesn't show as having L2 and L1. These trucks did come with Th400's but I don't know if those shift indicators are available. I've not looked since mine doesn't bother me as it is.
