found it during my daily search of the local craigslist
its kind of a small picture and you can't really see detail, but it looks pretty good http://chicago.craigslist.org/nwi/cto/1595545531.html |

Re: 72 car hauler
That is a pretty cool truck.
70BLAZERX2, is your truck on like a mid 90s Chevy HD frame? Judging by how the tires look and how low the bumper sits, it certianly looks like a newer frame.

Re: 72 car hauler
This is sitting on a 1977 Midas motorhome chassis P30 with 454 th400 and rear dana70HD 4.56 with 19.5 tires...yes the 4 wheel disk is great..I had to mod hydraboost on it...works just super..I have less than $4,000 in the whole thing...and built it myself..I love my old I bought it in 1985 and still have it,now has 640,000 miles on the cab.,was a 69 CST with a/c tilt buckets and tach with a 350 and posi 3.73...it was a nice one then..
The frame is 5 lug front 10 lug rear..and it weighs in at 9,000 lbs empty(steel 17 foot bed) Last edited by 70BLAZERX2; 02-15-2010 at 03:01 PM. |

Re: 72 car hauler
I really like your truck. My dad has a friend with a couple of 90s Rollbacks and the wheels sit the same way, thats why I thought it was a newer frame.
