Re: need some soft top measurements please.
Check the back window for a label, Kayline & Specialty Top (STC) put labels on the back window.
If it is an all snap top probly Kayline or Besttop...? I have had Kayline & now I have STC "fasttrack" What hardware came with the top? You should have snaprails & support bars, both bolt to the top of the bed/tub. There is a bracket the support bars bolt to after you bolt it to the bed. The snaprail has a cut out were the bracket mounts....I'm at work so no access to mesurements of what I have...get some pics

Re: need some soft top measurements please.
I have PDFs of install instructions for STC Fastrack and Bestop. PM me your email address and I'll send them to you.
I've never had a soft top that had anything mounting to the floor.

Re: need some soft top measurements please.
My softtop is a Kayline. These are about all the pictures I have. I took them so I remember how to reinstall it.
My top has snaps screwed into the windshield frame and a rail that mounts onto the bedsides. No braces on the floor or anywhere else.

Re: need some soft top measurements please.
mine has no tags anywhere on it.might be homemade???
i got it from a fellow board member who got it insame condition. got it for a VERY fair price. top material is in excellent condition and with my fab skills i figure i can make whatever parts i need. ill get it out this weekend and take pics of all pieces. i got a long piece that goes across top of windshield frame to hold front. i got 2 support bar assys.one is just a single bar,the other is a 2 bar design. and thats it.so i know i need a rail with snaps that attaches to the top of the bedrail or to just mount screws to the bedside and gate.other than that, not sure what i need.ill be back on monday with pics.

Re: need some soft top measurements please.
Here is a close up pic of the material type on my BestTop, maybe that will help you determine your brand.
I have some extra parts & pieces (rail that mounts to bed, bracket from bows to rail, & door window frame) for a BestTop if you figure out that's the brand you have.

Re: need some soft top measurements please.
A long peice of alum angle iron would work for your bed rail snaps:
I zoomed in so you can see my snap rail for the Kayline top I use to have Sorry it's so big but....

Re: need some soft top measurements please.
Thoes parts look nothing like what I have had? So either Bestop or custom built is my guess..
Thoes bolt on loops could be for the tailgate to pull or sinch the top nice and snug to prevent hwy flapping? I had two of them with sinchstraps looping around the rear bar back to the tailgate.

Re: need some soft top measurements please.

Good thing is looks like you have the parts that would be the most time consuming to duplicate! Like Burt4x4 said the side rails are just aluminum angle. And you can get a package of snaps from Lowes pretty cheap; all the ones I've seen are the same size too. So make you side rails up & bolt them to the truck, then snap your top on. Then you can set your bows inside to see where they can best be placed along the rail to make the top stand tight before making an attachment for them to the rail. The only true fab stuff will be for around your door windows. We all know that fitment originally sucked around a hard top so almost anything will be good enough; just something to keep the wind flapping down. There's a phrase me & my husband always use to remember this is not for a show truck when trying to get something to work on our 4x4s: It's only a mud truck!
