Painting interior 72 door panels

What is everyone using to paint the interior door panels? my paint is WAY worn on them and want to freshen them up at the least!!!!!

i would love grey but there are no 72 grey armrests available

Plasti-Kote is the best brand name paint for plastic/vinyl.

We use SEM Color Coat at work. Covers well, for best results use light mist coats and let them flash. I clean plastisc and vinyl's with Acetone. I use a adhesion promoter on hard plastics.... Works pretty good, I sprayed the door panels in my Mini in 2005 and its still holding strong....
