75 C20 long bed 2wd

This truck was bought new in 75 by my late grandpa. We used this on the farm ever since for anything from haulin cattle in the bed before we had a trailer, to haulin wheat when we only had one big wheat truck.More recently it was used to haul diesel fuel to the field for the tractors and pullin the cattle trailer.I finally got my Dad to bring me his 87 F150 so i could beef it up for haulin the tank and fix some other things on it so thats the new hauler and the 75 is mine!!!The grill is gone from a pheasant i hit like twenty years ago ha ha

Got some lowering leaves and shackles and hangers that i later discovered wont work on this truck no worries i can use em on my other truck and i got em cheap so ill just order some 3/4 ton drop hangers i found some on ebay

got the hangers off and ready for the new ones whenever i get em.and a picture of old leaf springs and new ones.

Oh yeah i got this grill for ten bucks at a swap meet .Thanks to my girls eagle eyes spottin it for me

what size wheels are those? I would like to run some similar that as well. Maybe with black centers.

they are 20's not sure the exact specs i bought em used .i like em though .some wheels with black centers and a polished lip would look good with your color scheme!!

Ya i saw you driving it with the bed off of it. Did you put the shackles and hangers on it?

it had shackles on it already i put some hangers on it

the rear suspension has been a nightmare i got the first set of hangers they were stamped right on them 73-87 C30 not C20 and they were nowhere close to fitting so i call the guy and they offer to send me some C10 hangers which i know for sure wont fit so then they offered to make some to fit my truck so after going back and forth with the dimensions i got em and somehow in the course of measuring and relaying the dimensions thru my girl cuz my computer has been broke for like a year the holes were off so the first pic is them bolted on with just the top bolts the second one is after they were modified to fit now just gotta get em powdercoated and i can start on the front suspension which is a whole nother long ordeal already with the spindles

yes rear suspension is done just need to notch the frame now .drove to the car wash to wash the frame off the other day . got my spindles finally but they are not useable so ill have to send em back ugh

yeah it does.im getting a serpentine setup for it from a friend of mine in oklahoma just gotta go get it.it needs exhaust and all the front end parts ball joints and tie rod ends all that stuff is original from 1975 and i gotta get the inner brackets for my blazer bumper i have for it
